The JW Marriott Hotel Cannes also has 16 meeting rooms and an 820-seat auditorium in the former Festival Hall. Other brands could be introduced in France, such as Edition, whose first European openings are planned in Istanbul, Barcelona and London, where the hotel group has just acquired the historic Berners Hotel, which will be renovated over the next 18 to 24 months.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><br \/>In the meantime, Marriott will be developing its French portfolio, which currently comprises 4 brands (Marriott, Courtyard, Renaissance and JW) and 13 establishments, 10 of which are located in the Paris region. This year, the hotel group will open two Courtyard hotels in the Paris region, in Arcueil and Boulogne, before opening a Courtyard hotel in Marseille in 2013, in the new Eurom\u00e9diterran\u00e9e district. For its part, Renaissance is expecting three establishments, one in Aix-en-Provence in 2012, followed by Saint-Cloud in 2013 and Strasbourg in 2014. With these openings, Marriott aims to meet its target of doubling its number of hotels in Europe by 2015.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Drawing on its catalogue of brands,
