B&B Hotels says yes to long stays. The hotel group <\/a>focused on affordable hotels, is maintaining its growth momentum with B&B Home, a new concept with a predominantly residential focus, featuring rooms with kitchenette<\/strong> and a laundry. All the basics, in short, of a long-stay hotel. \"\u00a0With the launch of B&B Home, we are saying yes to the growth of B&B Hotels, but also yes to even more local connections, more inclusion and more openness\".<\/em>said Fabrice Collet, CEO of a group in a phase of rapid expansion with the opening of 170 establishments from 2022 to reach an offer of more than 770 hotels today, in 17 countries.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The first B&B Home, which has just opened in Saint-Ouen, reflects this approach. focus on local as well as second-hand products<\/strong>. Reminding us that the flea market is not far away, its rooms and communal areas play the salvage and second-hand card. Notably the bar counter found in Brest, a timely nod to the town where the B&B brand was born in 1990, or the coolers used as flower pots. All of which gives the hotel a vintage decor with a touch of the seventies, reinforced by contemporary elements with, in the patio, colourful murals created by a collective of local artists, the Graffart association.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This recycling extends right up to the walls of the establishment, originally designed by the CGT social tourism association Ancav-TT: the Jean-Baptiste Cl\u00e9ment hotel residence, rated three stars and located near Saint-Ouen town hall and line 14 of the metro<\/strong>. Opened in 2015, it was subsequently acquired in the summer of 2023 by PERIAL Asset Management's PF Grand Paris SCPI, which entrusted its operation to B&B, prior to its transformation in association with the design agency Saguez & Partners.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In line with the development of certain aparthotels, the B&B Home Paris Mairie de Saint Ouen offers a hybrid solution, with 31 of its 139 rooms equipped with kitchenettes and others without, whether double or triple occupancy, with or without a balcony. However, the establishment also offers a shared kitchen<\/strong> accompanied by a convivial bar and caf\u00e9 area where you can enjoy products from local partners such as the Bio Ile-de-France cooperative, the Brasserie de Saint-Ouen, Rebelle jams or, in a spirit of inclusion, Caf\u00e9 Joyeux, which trains people with mental disabilities, or Meet My Mama, a caterer committed to female employment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
