The rankings are based on votes cast by travellers from all over the world. For this 2024 edition, more than <strong>21 million notices<\/strong> from passengers of around 100 nationalities took part in the Skytrax survey between September 2023 and May 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top 10 certainly includes <strong>a classic trio<\/strong> and who alternate their position every year: Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and Emirates. In fourth to tenth place are Asian and European airlines: All Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines, Turkish Airlines, EVA Air, Air France and Swiss. Further down the ranking, British Airways is in 13th place.<sup>e<\/sup>Iberia 15<sup>e<\/sup> and Lufthansa 18<sup>e<\/sup>. Among North American airlines, the best remains Delta Air Lines, in 21<sup>e<\/sup> position. It is followed by Air Canada (29<sup>e<\/sup> in the rankings).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/skytrax-2025-compagnies-aeriennes-20250619.html\/\" data-id=\"202297\">Skytrax hands out 2025 awards to airlines<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-air-france-reste-au-top\">Air France remains at the top<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Air France stands out, even though the airline lost two places between 2023 and 2024, dropping from 7<sup>e<\/sup> at 9<sup>e<\/sup> place. However, the airline was rewarded with three top prizes in recognition of the excellence of its products and services. For the fourth year running, Air France was voted <strong>Best airline in Western Europe<\/strong>. The airline also won first place in two categories linked to its La Premi\u00e8re offer: best gastronomic offer in a first-class lounge and best gastronomic offer in a second-class lounge.<strong> <\/strong>better on-board catering in this travel cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/paris-cdg-top-aeroports-skytrax-20240527.html\/\" data-id=\"174889\">Paris CDG still in the top 10 of the world's best airports in 2024<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"We're very proud to have won these prestigious awards, which once again recognise the quality of our products.<strong> the excellence of our expertise<\/strong> at every stage of the journey and our role as ambassadors of French gastronomy. Maintaining our place among the ten best airlines in the world in this benchmark ranking is also an encouragement to continue our efforts to provide our customers with even greater satisfaction.<\/em>Fabien Pelous, Air France Customer Experience Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Air France also intends to continue improving its La Premi\u00e8re offer. This summer, the airline is inaugurating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-exclusivite-la-premiere-20240527.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">an exclusive new route <\/a>and private airport lounge, thanks to the creation of a new vestibule and vast suites. Next winter, it will unveil a completely redesigned La Premi\u00e8re cabin. As for the low-cost carriers, there's another crowning glory: <strong>Transavia <\/strong>arrived in 5<sup>e<\/sup> position, behind Air Asia, Scoot, Volotea and Flynas.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Skytrax World Airline Awards ceremony has revealed the world's best airlines.
