From partnership to acquisition completed on 28 June: Hyatt has a new high-end lifestyle brand, Me and All, the result of its collaboration with the family-owned Lindner Hotels group<\/a>. Since 2022, this well-known player in the German hotel industry has been associated with the American group through a franchise agreement covering the thirty or so establishments it owns. These include the Linder hotels, many of which are business hotels, and the Me and All, launched by the German hotelier in 2016<\/strong> and now has six city hotels in Mainz, Hanover, Kiel and Ulm, in addition to the two in D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

While all these establishments have gradually been integrated into Hyatt's distribution system and loyalty programme under the JdV banner, Me and All will take off by becoming a fully-fledged brand in Hyatt's portfolio. All of this will support the growth of its lifestyle offering, whose number of rooms has increased fivefold between 2017 and the end of 2023. \"Lindner has built an incredible brand, and we believe that Me and All Hotels has a great future. great potential for expansion <\/strong>across Europe and other global markets<\/em>\" said Felicity Black-Roberts, Hyatt's Senior Vice President of Development for the EAME region.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Urban design, lively public spaces and an attractive range of F&B services: the brand offers the fundamentals of this trendy hotel business with a focus on meetings and events, creative and innovative MICE venues<\/strong>. This concept lends itself to secondary cities as well as major metropolises, as shown by the developments underway in Berlin this year and those planned for 2026 in Hamburg, Leipzig and Stuttgart.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
