To relax before or after a flight or meeting, the venue also offers a first for Melbourne airport with a large wellness centre<\/strong>The Higher State spa includes an indoor swimming pool, fitness and yoga studio, infrared sauna and treatment rooms. This area is free for Novotel guests and A$15 for Ibis Styles residents. As for food and beverage, the hotel complex's offer is divided into three venues: the Boccata Restaurant, for Italian cuisine, the Amber State Taphouse & Kitchen gastro-pub and Small Holdings for coffee and pastries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conceived by architects FK Australia in an L-shape, designed by Woods Bagot for the interiors and Techne for the food and beverage areas, this project, announced to cost 230 million Australian dollars, has taken eight years to complete and is set to be the biggest opening in Australia this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This two-in-one Accor hotel completes the hotel offer at an airport that handles 100,000 passengers every day and whose traffic is set to grow further <\/strong>in the future.
