After extending to all its customers - and no longer to members of its Preferred programme - the possibility of completing all the booking stages beforehand, on the internet or by telephone, through its Quick Pass system, the rental company is continuing to simplify the lives of travellers with<strong> self-service terminals<\/strong>. The main advantage of these \"Kiosks\" is that they make it very easy to collect the keys to your vehicle. And above all, even outside branch opening hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spend as little time as possible in the branch, avoid queues for business travellers: these self-service terminals fulfil several functions. <strong>Tested since the beginning of the year<\/strong> in France, but also in Spain, Portugal and Italy, and, according to the rental company, they are benefiting from customer feedback that is \"very positive\".\u00a0<em>very positive<\/em>\" . Avis Budget presents them as having \"\u00a0<em>an intuitive design and user-friendly interface<\/em>\" all with multilingual support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"332\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2-767x364-kiosk-composite-summer.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-177489\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2-767x364-kiosk-composite-summer.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2-767x364-kiosk-composite-summer-300x142-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of the Avis Preferred loyalty programme are the first to be able to take advantage of this solution, which offers greater speed and flexibility, before they are opened up to everyone, probably by the end of the year. As for their locations, these self-service kiosks are strategically positioned, above all <strong>in airports and stations<\/strong> in France and Europe.
