Keeze continues to expand its portfolio of event venues in Paris with the inauguration of a space nestled on the sixth and top floor of a building at 7 rue de Bucarest, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.e<\/sup> arrondissement, equidistant between Place de Clichy and Gare Saint-Lazare. The light, modern extension with its large bay windows contrasts with the building's 1970s architecture. With a surface area of 230 m\u00b2 separated in two by an archway, this light-filled, brilliantly white venue can accommodate 75 people at conferences, 40 at meetings and 120 guests at cocktail parties.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In addition to a cloakroom and an open-plan kitchen for coffee breaks in the first room, the room has a small glassed-in lounge area and two terraces, the larger of which has a view over the rooftops of Paris with the Sacr\u00e9 Coeur in the background. Two companies have already organised an event in the room, which can be booked for a full or half day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Atypical spaces for a \"wow\" effect<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Created in 2017, Keeze now comprises 17 venues spread over 9 addresses<\/strong> located in VIII, IX, XVI and XVIIe<\/sup> arrondissements. \"\u00a0Some of our venues have more than one space: five for Keeze Champs-Elys\u00e9es, on rue d'Artois, and three for La Villa des Champs, on rue de la Bo\u00e9tie. Each has a different layout, but what they all have in common is that they give visitors a wow factor. And with excellent public transport access.<\/em>\" explains Emilie Roblot, co-founder and Director of Development at Keeze.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

With the opening of new venues, Keeze now hosts some 2,000 events a year, from meetings to board meetings, press conferences, showrooms, workshops, cocktails and afterworks... Not forgetting training, which represents a large volume with recurrent bookings. Distribution is handled by directly or via intermediaries<\/strong> as HRS<\/a>Ideal Meetings & Events, Kactus<\/a>Naboo...<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\"\u00a0Our growth was 120% between 2022 and 2024, because there is strong corporate demand in Paris, particularly for atypical spaces. If the mouth to ear<\/strong>Keeze is still going strong, but has now set up a sales team to visit Mice agencies and companies.<\/em>explains Shaun Nelson, co-founder and CEO of Keeze. While promoters are approaching Keeze to set up operations in provincial cities, the company intends to maintain its position as a leader in its sector. Parisian prism<\/strong>This is particularly important for managing the team, which will soon number around thirty. \"\u00a0Keeze still has room for growth in Paris, where we'd like to open several venues in the same arrondissements, to stay as close as possible to the needs of businesses. Our priority is to fill the schedule with as many events as possible so that we can continue to offer attractive rates.<\/em>\" insists Shaun Nelson, who sees himself managing around a hundred venues in the Paris region by 2030. In the meantime, Keeze is set to record further growth in sales this year, from \u20ac30% to \u20ac40%, after achieving sales of \u20ac4m last year.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A company committed to social, societal and environmental responsibility<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Sustainability is a key aspect of Keeze's expansion. \"\u00a0The refurbishment and renovation of premises by Parisian craftsmen, in particular to reduce energy consumption, is a first step in our commitment to the environment.<\/em>\" says Emilie Roblot. In 2022, Keeze became Company with a mission<\/strong> and has been awarded the B Corp label, which recognises good practice in terms of social, societal and environmental impact. Particular attention is paid to catering, with preference given to organic and eco-responsible caterers, sourced products, less red meat in the menus, at least 50% of vegetarian dishes, minimum food waste and waste, 98% of single-use plastics eliminated...<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Keeze has even taken the luxury of creating Nolia, her own brand of pastries, which she offers for breakfasts, breaks and desserts for clients at their events. \"\u00a0From the production of our pastries in our 15th century kitchene<\/sup> from rounding to delivery and consumption, we think every step of the way to ensure minimising our ecological footprint<\/strong><\/em>\" she adds.
