Are customers changing the way they view the hotel industry, and Appart'City in particular?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vincent Compagnon -<\/strong> Before, when we talked about aparthotels, we were talking about extended stays, medium and long stays. Now, and covid has accelerated this phenomenon, customers come to us even for one night<\/strong>. To have more space, because there's a kitchenette. This suits both leisure and business travellers, who make up 60% of our customer base, especially as the advent of bleisure is blurring the boundaries between the two. The average length of stay at Appart'City is 3.2 nights, which is relatively short. For longer periods, travellers are more likely to opt for an Airbnb. Because for the same price, they'll have more space. But no services...<\/p>\n\n\n\n
