Located next to the metro station and the town hall, the Montrouge - Jaur\u00e8s residence is the result of conversion of a former office building<\/strong>The new building has been given a contemporary makeover in collaboration with the interior design agency L.A.M Studio. The building's five floors now house 27 top-of-the-range flats ranging from 20 to 80 m\u00b2 - equivalent to 67 hotel rooms - fully equipped for short, medium and long stays, with their own kitchens and cosy living areas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
