This ban applies not only to <strong>Lufthansa as well as Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Swiss and ITA Airways<\/strong>. The Group is now bringing forward the date of<strong> 13 August<\/strong> for a possible takeover.<\/p>\n<p>In the Levant region, the company is extending the suspension of its flights to <strong>Beirut<\/strong> and <strong>Tel Aviv<\/strong>. But it is now adding the<strong>lines to Amman in Jordan and Erbil in Iraq<\/strong>. The temporary suspension of flights to <strong>Tehran<\/strong> is also continuing.<\/p>\n<p>The group has decided to modify its flight routes in the region. From now on, <strong>aircraft bypass Iran and Iraq<\/strong> on routes to and from the Persian Gulf and Asia. This may lengthen the duration of some flights, but only to a negligible extent. All the group's airlines allow<strong>exchange or cancellation of tickets free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The tension in the Middle East has led to the cancellation of all Lufthansa Group flights until 13 August, mainly in the Levant region but also to Teheran.
