At the start of the new year, the young Basque is delighted to present us with a new address. And what a place it is! The Dauphin was designed by the famous architect Rem Koolhaas, with a luminous aluminium fa\u00e7ade planted right on the pavement, white marble from floor to ceiling and huge mirrors on the walls...<\/p>\n

The decor is breathtaking, but this time Inaki's cooking is as neo-tapas as ever. Delicious mallard terrine and foie gras; impeccable squid ink risotto; impressive oyster tapioca and black pudding. Definitely one of the most promising restaurants of 2011.<\/p>\n
