This is without doubt the (real) surprise of the last six months! Tucked away just a stone's throw from the Stock Exchange, this new bistro has it all. First of all, the location, an incredible industrial space with a glass roof, brick walls, large beams, cut stone and an open kitchen all in aluminium. Then there's the kitchen, brilliantly led by Ewen Lemoigne and Sven Chartier, two former Racines team-mates who are banking on a return to naturalness and a cult of the product.<\/p>\n
On the plate, the result is a real success, such as the mallard and foie gras brioche, the tasty guinea fowl from the Sarthe flanked by grilled corn, or the monkfish grilled to the millimetre, accompanied by a few mussels and fresh baby spinach. For dessert, don't miss the chocolate cream, caramel mousse, milk emulsion and almond-hazelnut praline. Add to this the more than reasonable prices and it's easy to see why you need to book several days in advance...<\/p>\n
