On the strength of these improvements and innovations, SNCF believes it is now in a position to respond to the needs of its customers.\u00a0<em>the needs of 8 out of 10 business travellers who use the train<\/em>\" . This is achieved by managing both business and personal travel via a single customer account. Passengers can choose the reason for their business trip, which will be used to display the \"Pro\" label when booking a train ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new features mainly concern the management of expense reports and, more specifically, purchase receipts. Pro customers now have immediate access to their <strong>proof of purchase<\/strong> as soon as payment has been made, and download them over a period of 13 months. These receipts can display the name of the purchaser, the traveller, the amounts and the name of the company previously entered in their Pro Area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bons-plans-et-gestion-facilitee-des-justificatifs-d-achats\">Good deals and easy management of purchase receipts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, if it is a member of the <strong>SNCF Pro Contract<\/strong>Each time an SNCF business ticket is booked, its code will be automatically associated with it. The email address of the company's accountant or travel manager can now be added, so that travellers can easily send their receipts. The receipts can also be sent as a group, each month or after each quarter, in a single email using the \"Your purchase receipts\" section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other new feature put forward by the SNCF is much more commercial, based on partnerships with SNCF partners to \"\u00a0<em>access to good deals<\/em>s\" that the railway company believes correspond to the needs or facilitate the travel of business travellers. The agreement between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/sncf-connect-all-accor-20240515.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SNCF Connect and All<\/a>the loyalty programme of the Accor hotel group, to offer a train + hotel travel solution.
