Air France's low-cost subsidiary announced several new features on Tuesday. The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/corse-tourisme-affaires-20180420.html\/\">Corsica <\/a><\/strong>will benefit from this summer programme as <strong>Transavia <\/strong>plans to launch a new flight <strong>Lyon-Ajaccio<\/strong> on 19 April. The two airports will be linked once a week, every Saturday. In addition, Transavia will be inaugurating a route <strong>Bastia-Biarritz <\/strong>on 12 July, on the same frequency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/transavia-volotea-ryanair-bordeaux-20241003.html\/\" data-id=\"182105\">Transavia and Volotea seize the opportunity offered by Ryanair's departure from Bordeaux<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, <strong>Transavia <\/strong>is preparing its arrival on several European business and leisure routes. In particular, the airline has announced the launch of a flight <strong>Strasbourg-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/istanbul-bosphore-creativite-20220713.html\/\">Istanbul<\/a><\/strong>. Operations will start on 8 April, with one flight a week operated every Monday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Renaud Paubelle, Chairman of the Management Board, comments: \" <em>We are delighted that Transavia France has taken over the Istanbul route, and in particular the <strong>responsiveness of our contacts within the<br>an Air France KLM Group company<\/strong>Alexandre Blondel and Florian Mariaud, who were able to respond very quickly.<br>The Turkish community, which is a large one in the region, has a very strong presence at the airport.<br>our region, and travellers wishing to discover or rediscover the Pearl of the Bosphorus<\/em> \".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The line <strong>Montpellier-<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bruxelles-record-de-frequentation-20220808.html\/\"><strong>Brussels<\/strong> <\/a>will take off two days later, on 10 April. Transavia will link Montpellier airport to the European capital twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. Another strategic and typically bleisure route: the <strong>Marseille-<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/athenes-crise-et-redressement-20190506.html\/\"><strong>Athens<\/strong> <\/a>will be making its debut on 3 April. Marseille will be linked to the Greek capital on Thursdays and Sundays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other new Transavia services include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/nouveau-vol-bordeaux-barcelone-volotea-20240926.html\/\">Bordeaux<\/a>-Faro, scheduled for 7 July, with two flights a week. From Paris, Transavia is heading east. The low-cost carrier plans to serve Chisinau (Moldova) and Sofia (Bulgaria). The two destinations will be served twice weekly from Orly airport, from 7 July and 10 April respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicolas H\u00e9nin, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing for Transavia France, says: \" <em>We're delighted to be expanding our network in Eastern Europe. Moldavia and Bulgaria represent interesting new markets for us, particularly thanks to affinity tourism. With more than 120 destinations departing from Orly and many new routes opening in the regions, we are once again offering an ambitious summer programme with attractive prices to satisfy as many
