On the front line, the <strong>ADP Group<\/strong> had drawn the stopwatch ahead of the event, joining forces with the PAF for a new monthly barometer. Launched in April 2023, this new tool was designed to take passenger flow management, which has been piloted in real time since 2019, a step further. There is no doubt that this regular measurement of waiting times will have enabled the various players involved to prepare more effectively for Paris 2024. Today, it enables us to measure the impact of the event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/paris-2024-adp-paf-20230404.html\/\" data-id=\"146099\">Paris 2024: ADP and the PAF unleash the stopwatch<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>In its September barometer, published at the end of October, the ADP Group<em> <\/em>recognises <em><strong>\"a deterioration in waiting times<\/strong>. The cause, as some had anticipated, was the \"departure of summer reinforcements and a \"holiday effect\", against a backdrop of sustained traffic levels.<\/em> \". Indeed, it is difficult to maintain such a high level of mobilisation over the long term. The ADP Group's management explains in more detail: \"Against a backdrop of traffic that is still very strong and large numbers of passengers at peak times, this can be explained in part by the departure of summer reinforcements of border guards assigned to Paris airports and a \"holiday catch-up\" effect for border police officers who were mobilised throughout the Olympic and Paralympic events\".<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"618\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/barometre-adp.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-184253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/barometre-adp.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/barometre-adp-300x265-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>In concrete terms, for travellers, this trend has meant <strong>an increase in delays of more than 45 minutes<\/strong>This is particularly true for the queues waiting for the arrival of the <strong>Terminal 2E at Paris-CDG<\/strong>. According to the new barometer, at Paris CDG, 85.8 % of passengers waited less than 10 minutes out of some 2.7 million international passengers. 11.4 % had to wait between 10 and 30 minutes, 1.8 % between 30 and 45 minutes, and 1 % more than 45 minutes. At Orly, out of nearly 840,000 international passengers, 94 % waited less than 10 minutes, 5.8 % between 10 and 30 minutes and 0.2 % between 30 and 45
