To carry out this operation on the day of departure, passengers must contact the Express Pro line or use the services of an SNCF boutique, a terminal or a ticket office in a station, or even the tgv-pro.mobi website for Pro 1\u00e8re e-tickets. For the time being, travel agencies are not authorised to carry out this change of reservation. SNCF emphasises the flexibility offered by this new system.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers can now change their ticket for another departure, on the same line, but for the whole day, even on a full train. Passengers are not guaranteed a free seat. Above all, the rail company hopes to put previously unused seats back on sale and combat related fraud, according to the company, <em>\"to the non-composting of the e-ticket and the new Pro after-sales conditions\".<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers have until 5 July to comply with the new conditions for exchanging Pro fares before being fined.
