Same phenomenon in major cities <em>\"global\"<\/em>Growth was particularly strong in New York (+15 %), London (+12.8 %) and Paris (+4.9 %).<\/p>\n<p>Finally, in the ranking of the most expensive cities, Sydney comes out on top, with the average price of a double room estimated by HRS at e176.9 in the first quarter of 2011.
