By 2023, the group had already acquired <strong>Corporate Rates Club<\/strong>a hotel reservation platform that is well known in Germany, particularly among SMEs, and a competitor of HRS in this market. This is in addition to the acquisition of the travel arm of Rydoo, which operates in Eastern Europe, mainly in Poland, and was behind the launch of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/interview-minkara-cds-rydoo-goelett-20220907.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Goelett online booking tool<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This time, CDS puts <strong>heading for Italy<\/strong> with the acquisition of SIAP, the country's leading provider of ERP solutions for business travel agencies, with over 1,000 customers. The scope of this acquisition will extend far and wide. \"\u00a0<em>The integration of SIAP not only consolidates our presence in Italy, but also gives us access to advanced ERP technologies and high-level local expertise.<\/em>\" Ziad Minkara, Group CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/interview-minkara-cds-cytric-europe-20231012.html\/\" data-id=\"159669\">Read also: Ziad Minkara: \"CDS aims to be a benchmark player in Europe<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, CDS will be able to draw on SIAP's Methodica solution, which specialises in<strong> TMC and corporate services<\/strong>CDS Groupe will be able to draw on its expertise in business travel reservations, invoice management, VAT recovery and electronic invoicing. All these services will be gradually rolled out across the CDS Group. \"\u00a0<em>Together, we will be able to offer our customers even more effective solutions and help build the benchmark platform for business travel in Europe.<\/em>\" says Antonio Rosa, founder of SIAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to this acquisition, which will see the integration of SIAP's 90 employees - while SIAP retains its management autonomy and brand identity - CDS Groupe now has an annual volume of hotel bookings of 800 million euros. And it has no intention of stopping there, as Ziad Minkara has clearly defined its next objective: \"\u00a0<em><strong>1 billion in hotel bookings within three years<\/strong><\/em>\" .
