At the beginning of the year, the Asian group will take over the management of this historic establishment on the Left Bank, becoming the first luxury brand to operate on both sides of the Seine. Completely restored a few years ago under the direction of architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, this<strong> a key destination for the world of culture and the arts<\/strong>The Lutetia, with its legendary Art Deco style, will benefit from the aura of the Mandarin Oriental brand to raise its profile worldwide. The former head office of Lacoste has been transformed into a<strong> a luxurious pied-\u00e0-terre with a feminine spirit<\/strong>With its 26 rooms, suites and self-catering flats, the hotel is a tribute to the great ladies of bygone days. Designed by Daniel Jibert, this new boutique hotel has called on the best of French craftsmanship - Pierre Frey, Les Ateliers de Ricou, Declercq - to create rooms evoking Marie Curie, Simone de Beauvoir or Callas, suites in memory of Josephine Baker, Marlene Dietrich or George Sand, and the hotel's most spacious flat, which can accommodate private dinners for up to 12 people, as well as travellers in search of exclusivity. At the beginning of the twentieth century, these women were busy working the telephone.<sup>e<\/sup> century to put the first subscribers of this revolutionary tool in touch with each other. <strong>former telephone exchange dating from the Belle Epoque period<\/strong>. Behind the listed fa\u00e7ade of this historic building, a new hotel designed by Philippe Starck and the Niio agency is about to appear. This new high-end Left Bank destination will offer 120 rooms and suites and, what's more, a rooftop restaurant with views of the Eiffel Tower spanning more than 1,200 m\u00b2, plus a spa area and a chic bar with an indoor garden. The hotel is expected to be operated under one or other of the Hilton Group brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-aventure-courant-2025\">L'Aventure (during 2025)<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/hotel-restaurant-laventure.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-188715\" style=\"width:254px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/hotel-restaurant-laventure.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/hotel-restaurant-laventure-300x200-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Beyond its name, this new hotel at the very top of Avenue Victor Hugo, overlooking Place de l'Etoile, is not launching out into the unknown. With the Costes brothers at the helm and Martin Brudnizki on the design side, the hotel's adventure is well mapped out and its path has already been mapped out: that of a \"hotel of the future\". <strong>trendy and VIP hotels<\/strong>. \"\u00a0<em>More than a hotel, restaurant or club, it's an imaginary world and an exclusive universe that you can discover on every floor, in a hushed and intimate atmosphere.<\/em>\" announces the Beaumarly group. Alongside its other hotels - the Thoumieux, Grand Amour and Amour in Paris, as well as the Amour Nice - this five-star hotel will offer around twenty rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-experimental-marais-debut-2025\">Experimental Marais (early 2025)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Experimental Group is opening a new hotel in Paris, adding to its hotels on the Grands Boulevards and in Pigalle. Its lifestyle and top-of-the-range offer is being deployed in another of its signature districts, the Marais, with <strong>the takeover of the Sinner hotel<\/strong>acquired last October. Designed by interior architect Tristan Auer, the establishment draws its inspiration from the district's ecclesiastical history to create a neo-Gothic, almost monastic atmosphere. The hospitality is far from rigorous, with a spa and swimming pool, a restaurant in the style of the great New York restaurants, Temple &amp; Chapon, run by chef M\u00e9lanie Serre, and, as usual, a cocktail bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bus-palladium-automne-2025\">Palladium Bus (autumn 2025)<\/h3>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"758\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/bus-palladium.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-188713\" style=\"width:248px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/bus-palladium.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/bus-palladium-277x300-derived.jpg 277w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Just ten years ago, in 2015, the Bains Douches rose from the ashes, this flagship club of the 80s having been transformed into a five-star boutique hotel. Very soon, another<strong> the Mecca of Parisian nightlife<\/strong>The Bus Palladium, a more rock and less fashionable venue, will also be offering hospitality. This Pigalle institution, closed for renovation since 2022, has begun its transformation, adding to its 400-seat concert hall a five-star boutique hotel with 35 rooms and suites, including the 80m\u00b2 Magic Rock. The design, by studio KO, will reflect the spirit of the venue, with a raw, radical atmosphere featuring cork walls and bare ceilings. From March, visiting artists will also be able to record their next albums in another project supported by Chapitre Six hotels, the Folie Barbizon, a 4-star hotel with 21 rooms. <strong>on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest<\/strong>Studio Marion Collard and Sarah Valente are in the process of reimagining the building, while retaining its spirit as an artists' residence with music rooms, a painting studio and a recording room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-elysee-montmartre-hotel-debut-2025\">\u00c9lys\u00e9e Montmartre Hotel (early 2025)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"524\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/elysee-montmartre-lobby.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-188691\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/elysee-montmartre-lobby.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/elysee-montmartre-lobby-300x225-derived.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/elysee-montmartre-lobby-80x60-derived.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/elysee-montmartre-lobby-265x198-derived.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Even before the reopening of the Bus Palladium, another Parisian venue will be offering music-loving business travellers musical accommodation from January: the Elys\u00e9e Montmartre. Relaunched in the middle of the last decade by producer Abel Nahmias and architect-entrepreneur Julien Labrousse, the Elys\u00e9e Montmartre is the perfect place to enjoy a night out in the heart of Paris,<strong> this legendary venue is about to complete its metamorphosis<\/strong>The new hotel, which was made necessary by a fire in 2011, offers an accommodation option in the same environment as the Elys\u00e9e Montmartre and the Trianon, the neighbouring theatre. In place of a former office building and car park,<strong> an all-in-one solution for both business and pleasure <\/strong>is in the process of being organised. On the one hand, there are hybrid workspaces, meeting rooms and an auditorium, and on the other, a five-star hotel with 58 rooms, including 3 suites. All brought together by the same contemporary spirit, by American interior architects Roman &amp; Williams, already at work on the Standard and Ace Hotels in New York. The Foundation has also added top-of-the-range services with a spa, a sports club with a semi-Olympic swimming pool and a climbing wall, as well as a brasserie and a bistronomic restaurant. And, to top it all off, rooftop hanging gardens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hotel-theoreme-premier-semestre\">Hotel Th\u00e9or\u00e8me (first half)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotel buyout + renovation + new contemporary look = name change. It's a common formula in the hotel industry. Owner since 2023 of the Dream Hotel Op\u00e9ra Paris, investor Extendam has undertaken to give the hotel a new name.<strong> a new impetus<\/strong> to this four-star hotel with 28 rooms. Soon to be renamed Th\u00e9or\u00e8me, this establishment on rue Le Peletier, a stone's throw from the Op\u00e9ra and department stores as well as the offices of numerous companies, benefits from a convenient location for business travellers, as well as easy connections with the various stations. The investor has also given a new look to two other Parisian hotels, the H\u00f4tel de la Gait\u00e9 near Montparnasse station and the H\u00f4tel de Charonne, not far from Place de la Bastille, which will be reopened as a three-star lifestyle hotel. Expected to open next February in the Latin Quarter, close to the Pantheon and the Jardin des Plantes, this new establishment from the British Edyn group will revisit a former 18th-century town house.<sup>e<\/sup> century to make<strong> an ensemble in stark contrast to other urban residences<\/strong>. An interior courtyard, a restaurant in a light-filled atrium, a cocktail bar, as well as a gym and yoga studio: Le Jardin de Verre by Locke, decorated by the Fettle design studio, has a contemporary feel and will offer 145 rooms to travellers coming to Paris for short or long periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lyf-paris-gambetta-printemps-2025\">Lyf Paris Gambetta (spring 2025)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"499\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ascott-lyf-gambetta.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-188725\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ascott-lyf-gambetta.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ascott-lyf-gambetta-300x214-derived.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/ascott-lyf-gambetta-100x70-derived.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Another embodiment of the new wave of long-stay hotels, the lyf brand is arriving in Paris just a few minutes from Place Gambetta, in the 20th arrondissement of Paris.<sup>e<\/sup> arrondissement. Inspired by the coliving trend, the Ascott Group's fast-growing chain is part of the<strong> transforming a former printing works into a contemporary living space<\/strong>. Redesigned by interior architect Fabien Roque in keeping with its industrial history, the building combines lively communal spaces and shared kitchens, a bar and coworking facilities, a gym and a karaoke room, all complemented by terraces on the 4th floor.<sup>e<\/sup> floor. This new lifestyle and upmarket establishment will offer travellers 139 flats with optimised space, the largest accommodating up to 8 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-highlight-box\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-nouveaux-hotels-egalement-attendus-en-ile-de-france\">New hotels also expected in the Paris region <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pending the completion in 2026 of its future Radisson Blu integrated into the Triangle tower currently being built next to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre, the Radisson group will be adding a new hotel in the Paris region this year, in Rueil-Malmaison. Located on the banks of the Seine and the Rueil golf course, just a 10-minute walk from RER station A, the <strong>Radisson Hotel Paris Rueil-Malmaison<\/strong> will take its place in a 2.3 hectare park, within an existing four-star hotel, the Relais de la Malmaison. After recently opening in Clichy, the brand will be heading to Pantin to take up residence in a former car park dating from the 1950s. Designed by architects Vincent Parreira and Antonio Virga and studio Double A Design, the building is being converted into a four-star hotel with a social hub, a living space with a bar-restaurant and coworking areas, extended by an interior garden. Located right next to the Ourcq Canal and Pantin town hall, and just a 10-minute walk from the metro, the <strong>Tribe Paris Pantin <\/strong>will offer 131 rooms and a meeting room for 50 people. Opening expected next spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of urban residences, Boulogne-Billancourt and Levallois-Perret will see the transformation of former office buildings into accommodation solutions suited to short and long stays. Close to Boulogne town hall, the <strong>Work &amp; Sleep<\/strong> has teamed up with investor Extendam to convert a building that had been under-occupied for some time into 41 flats equipped with offices and kitchenettes. With an added bonus for business travellers: a garden where you can take a break or relax between meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From his side, <strong>Edgar Suites<\/strong> is continuing its expansion in the Paris region with the renovation of two professional buildings in Levallois-Perret, reinvented by the architectural firm AWGA. Located on one of the town's main thoroughfares, rue Anatole France, the residence will offer 25 flats ranging from T1 to T5. The year 2025 will also see the completion of two other projects within Paris itself, in the 15th arrondissement, one in the Commerce district and the other near Porte de Versailles, with the
