While many new hotels are expected to open in Paris (see article<\/a>) and in the Paris region in 2025, here is the programme of openings expected this year in France's major cities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMIENS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

YOU Urban Home (2025)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lifestyle brand You Urban Home will be continuing to expand with a fourth store in a new district near Amiens station. Refurbishing a former industrial wasteland<\/strong> SNCF, the Les 3 Mondes project, led by Vinci Immobilier, includes new housing and a senior residence, as well as a new hotel with 94 rooms and suites tailored to the needs of business travellers, with a coworking space and a seminar room in addition to a bar-restaurant and a private cinema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIARRITZ<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

MGallery Biarritz (first half-year)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Owned by the Annie Famose group and Extendam in 2023, the former Radisson Blu in Biarritz will be rebranded after a gradual renovation phase to become part of the Accor group's top-of-the-range MGallery brand. Located in Biarritz city centre, opposite the C\u00f4te des Basques beach and just a few minutes' walk from the congress centre, the hotel is taking on a more lifestyle feel with its 150 rooms and redesigned public areas. But the hotel's appeal to business customers will remain a constant, with a small number of rooms available for seminars in the great outdoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BORDEAUX<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Hotel 56 (open)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opened at the beginning of January, Hotel 56 is part of the metamorphosis of the Paludate district, around Saint-Jean station<\/strong>. Situated alongside the Garonne, opposite MECA, the Maison de l'\u00e9conomie cr\u00e9ative et culturelle, this new four-star hotel developed by hotel management specialist En-Suite is conveniently located for business travellers. The Hotel 56 offers 89 rooms, as well as a Pro area on the 6th floor.e<\/sup> On the first floor, there is a flexible lounge for meetings and seminars. This is complemented by the Rivamour restaurant and a rooftop with uninterrupted views over the river.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COLMAR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Villa Cose (second half)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

An Art Nouveau villa accompanied by a contemporary Art Deco building; parkland crossed by the River Lauch; a city-centre location not far from the TGV station: the Villa Cose adds an attractive new offering to the Alsatian city. The future five-star hotel is taking over the mansion built in 1897 for industrialist Gustave Boeschlin to house the hotel's living areas - the bar, restaurant and lounges - while the new buildings will house the 23 rooms and suites, as well as the spa. This is the hotel's main attraction, with its swimming pool, three saunas, hammam, six treatment rooms and rest areas above the water. This wellness offer is reproduced in condensed form in its exceptional duplex suite, with rooftop, infinity pool and terrace with sauna. Expected to open in the second half of the year, Villa Cose evokes the idea of a COlmar SEcret<\/strong>. It's unlikely that this secret will be kept for long by business travellers looking for an exclusive moment of relaxation after a professional meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LILLE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Marriott group is taking over the former Citadines Lille to set up its Residence Inn Lille long-stay brand in the northern capital, adding to its establishments in Paris, Roissy, Toulouse Blagnac and Strasbourg. Situated in the Euralille business district, close to the city's two train stations and the Lille Grand Palais congress centre, the hotel is ideally located for business and leisure travellers. conducive to business travel<\/strong>. The Residence Inn Lille by Marriott will offer 107 suites and flats following a major refurbishment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 49 rooms and suites, a restaurant and cocktail bar, spa and art gallery, L'Isle de Leos, with its decor designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel, is a must for travellers discovering the Luberon and this town known for its antique dealers and second-hand goods dealers. But, situated in the heart of Ren\u00e9 Char's birthplace, the establishment also opens its doors to visitors from all over the world. seminars <\/strong>with two rooms, each able to accommodate around forty people. The Domaine de Leos and the surrounding region offer a wide range of experiences for professional events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
