{"id":190555,"date":"2025-01-24T14:37:13","date_gmt":"2025-01-24T13:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/?p=190555"},"modified":"2025-01-27T09:49:54","modified_gmt":"2025-01-27T08:49:54","slug":"lifestyle-monde-accor-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/lifestyle-monde-accor-2025","title":{"rendered":"Lifestyle around the world for Accor in 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Accor group's collection of lifestyle hotels, developed through the Ennismore joint venture, will undergo new developments this year with<strong> around twenty hotels in the pipeline <\/strong>around the world. \"\u00a0<em>After a year of remarkable openings in 2024, including the debut of Delano Dubai, we look forward to another year of hotel openings in all regions.<\/em>\" explained Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO of Ennismore.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Among the highlights expected in 2025, the return to business of an iconic Art Deco hotel, the Delano Miami, as well as the debut of SLS in Europe with a top-of-the-range resort in Barcelona, also suitable for MICE events, and new hotels in major world cities. After Dubai in early January, <strong>Mama Shelter<\/strong> will be rolling out its quirky design hotel concept both in Switzerland's financial capital, Zurich, and in Singapore, near Orchard Road, with a 115-room hotel topped by a rooftop swimming pool.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\">\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/accor-nouveaux-hotels-2025-20241213.html\/\" data-id=\"187421\">Read also: Accor: new hotels expected in 2025<\/a><\/p>\r\n<\/aside>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In the same vein, the German brand 25hours will be making its debut later this year at<strong> Sydney <\/strong>revisiting the former Olympia Theatre art house cinema as an arty 109-room hotel with four bars and restaurants, two meeting rooms and, of course, a rooftop bar. Equally focused on relaxation, with its lagoon-side location, six F&amp;B concepts and outdoor pool, the future <strong>Mondrian Abu Dhabi<\/strong>expected at the end of the year, will also have an urban dimension, more conducive to business travel, with four meeting rooms and a large ballroom. The region will also see the opening of several resorts by the luxury brand Rixos, which is also preparing to offer a hotel focusing on family and business customers in Saudi Arabia, in the emerging metropolis King Abdullah Economic City.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Closer to home, the lifestyle and upmarket spirit of The Hoxton will cross paths with business travellers in <strong>new European destinations<\/strong>particularly in the British Isles. At the end of the year, it made its debut in Dublin with the takeover, after a lengthy renovation phase, of one of the Irish capital's most famous establishments, the Central Hotel. Another conversion project, of a very different kind, will see the brand in Edinburgh this year with the transformation of 11 Georgian-style houses into a complex of 214 rooms and flats, also offering a lively trattoria, a small cinema and spaces for meetings and events.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Hoxton also offers a hotel in the heart of the city, where you can combine the Renaissance with the contemporary. <strong>Florence<\/strong>Two buildings, a palazzo dating from the XVI<sup>e<\/sup> century and its minimalist counterpart designed in the 1980s. The programme includes 161 rooms, a restaurant and a wine bar, as well as event spaces.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\">\r\n<p><a
