Does this give you any ideas for other Hyatt addresses in Nice?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alice Mafaity -<\/strong> Today, Hyatt in France represents eleven hotels under seven brands, including the Regency here in Nice - which is truly focused on the business travel segment. There's also the Martinez in Cannes. The outlook remains the same: to continue to grow, and above all to work all year round, which is what our partners help us to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/hyatt-nouvelle-marque-hyatt-select-centric-20250226.html\/\" data-id=\"192939\">Hyatt: new brand in the United States, global expansion for Hyatt Centric<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-portefeuille-de-marques-hyatt-s-est-diversifie-et-doit-vous-permettre-de-cibler-des-marches-qui-ne-l-etaient-pas-auparavant\">Hyatt's portfolio of brands has been diversified, and should enable you to target markets that were previously out of reach...<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alice Mafaity - <\/strong>Absolutely. Hyatt's aim with this portfolio of 33 brands today is to be able to address all the needs and expectations of our customers, whether local, national or international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-quote\"><blockquote><p>There is also a project in Toulouse, the brand of which has yet to be specified.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-nombre-d-hotels-reste-pourtant-assez-limite-en-france\">However, the number of hotels in France remains fairly limited...<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alice Mafaity - <\/strong>France is showing strong growth. We inaugurated the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/rouen-hyatt-place-moxy-clamart-havre-20230302.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hyatt Place Rouen<\/a><\/strong> last year, the <strong>Hyatt Centric<\/strong> will open in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/reims-sacre-nouvelle-ambition-tourisme-20250317.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Reims <\/strong><\/a>this year... There's also a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/firstname-deuxieme-hotel-toulouse-20250327.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">project <strong>Toulouse<\/strong><\/a>The brand has yet to be announced. In Europe, growth is also on the cards, with 85 properties and 12 openings in 2024, including London, Spain, etc. It should not be forgotten that Hyatt has seen a remarkable increase in the number of rooms over the last seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-vous-adaptez-vous-a-l-evolution-post-crise-des-besoins-de-la-clientele-affaires\">How are you adapting to the changing needs of business customers post-crisis?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alice Mafaity - <\/strong>We aim to be agile. But that's not a constraint for a group like Hyatt, because it's part of our values. Agility is a certain vision: we don't wait for trends to take hold, we always listen to our customers' needs. We constantly seek to innovate and experiment, to anticipate these needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-marques-comme-hyatt-place-ou-centric-seduisent-aussi-la-clientele-affaires\">Are brands like Hyatt Place or Centric also attracting business customers?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alice Mafaity -<\/strong> Our World of Hyatt loyalty programme is part of this approach. It's about welcoming these members to meet their business needs, but also encouraging them to come back with their families. That's what bleisure is all about, and we attach a great deal of importance to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-avez-vous-des-objectifs-chiffres-en-termes-de-developpement-en-france\">Do you have any targets for growth in France?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alice Mafaity -<\/strong> Hyatt's aim is to continue to capitalise on this growth, through acquisitions, franchising, etc. Europe is one of our focuses, as demonstrated by the creation of a new zone for the east of the continent, including Poland, Estonia, etc. The EMEA zone is therefore a strong growth region for Hyatt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a
