The avatar is able to understand a oral request<\/strong> expressed by the passenger, analyse it and then formulate a precise and contextual response, orally and in writing. Multilingual, the virtual agents cover some thirty languages but - \"initially\" - will only answer questions in French and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
