That's more than 4 million passengers affected by these delays, of whom more than 340,000 are eligible for compensation, according to AirHelp. However, according to AirHelp, 82% of French passengers are unaware of their rights in the event of long delays or flight cancellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to data published on 10 April, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/aeroports-parisiens-adp-projets-20250408.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">major Paris airports<\/a> <\/strong>haven't exactly contributed to...<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"vapo-content\" style=\"display:none\">\n<p>The report published on Thursday by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/classement-airhelp-aeroports-francais-20250715.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>AirHelp<\/strong> <\/a>analysed some 125,000 flights that took off from French airports in the first three months of 2025. However, according to AirHelp, 82% of French passengers are unaware of their rights in the event of long delays or flight cancellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to data published on 10 April, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/aeroports-parisiens-adp-projets-20250408.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">major Paris airports<\/a> <\/strong>did little to improve the quarterly results. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/orly-cdg-airhelp-20190510.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paris CDG<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/aeroports-parisiens-beauvais-interview-20250409.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paris Beauvais<\/a><\/strong> are among the worst performers, with punctuality rates of 70.7 % and 78.6 % respectively. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/aeroport-lyon-avatars-3d-ia-20250404.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lyon-Saint-Exup\u00e9ry<\/a><\/strong> (77.1 %) was also singled out by AirHelp, as were Grenoble (48.2 %) and Chamb\u00e9ry (32.2 %), albeit in different proportions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/airhelp-retards-annulations-palmares-20240807.html\/\" data-id=\"179223\">Delays, cancellations : AirHelp unveils its list of winners<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"324\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/ajaccio-aeroport.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-197369\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/ajaccio-aeroport.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/ajaccio-aeroport-300x150-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Corsican airports (here Ajaccio) are performing well according to AirHelp<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Conversely <strong>Bordeaux and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/interview-aeroport-toulouse-20240411.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Toulouse<\/a><\/strong> as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bale-mulhouse-croissance-2024-20250203.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse<\/strong><\/a> are the best rated in this ranking. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/corse-tourisme-affaires-20180420.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Corsica<\/strong><\/a> stands out collectively thanks to Calvi-Sainte-Catherine (94.1%), Ajaccio-Napol\u00e9on Bonaparte (92.3%) and Figari-Sud Corse (91.6 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These figures come against a backdrop of turbulence regarding compensation paid by travellers in the event of flight delays or cancellations. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/union-europeenne-compensation-aerien-20250318.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>The European Union would like to tighten the rules<\/strong><\/a>This is being done at the instigation of Poland, which intends to extend the authorised delay threshold...
