The two main thrusts of the project are based on the energy efficiency of Scotland's second-largest airport, and on the expected - and hoped-for? - both in terms of passengers and airlines. The other two airports - Aberdeen and Southampton - will undergo more localised redevelopment of the terminals concerned. Good international connectivity is vital to Scotland's economic growth. It enables the flow of goods, investment, labour and tourism that will contribute to our prosperity. And a commitment to sustainable development is welcome as we move towards a carbon-neutral future.<\/em> \". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UK Aviation Minister, Mike Kane, also praised the environmental dimension of the project: \" <em>This investment will encourage the decarbonisation of airports across the country and support the deployment of new fuels and technologies to contribute to the
