After last week's strike, which included the 8 May bridge, the CGT-Cheminots has again called for a strike.<strong> 4, 5 and 11 June<\/strong>. The rail company's main union organisation is hoping to win its case on the organisation of work schedules, bonuses and pay rises, and now also on recruitment and training. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The drivers will be the first to get the ball rolling on Wednesday 4 June during negotiations on the bonuses enjoyed by this category of railway workers. On Thursday 5 June, the CGT hopes to mobilise all branches of the company by inviting <em><strong>\"all railway workers, in all professions<\/strong> and all colleges to take strike action<\/em>\" . Finally, on Wednesday 11 June, as last weekend, the TGV controllers will take over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impact-limite-lors-de-la-derniere-greve\">Limited impact of last strike<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The strike launched last week by the CGT and Sud Rail mainly affected Transiliens trains in Ile-de-France and TER trains in several regions, including Hauts-de-France and Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes. With<strong> 9 trains\/10 <\/strong>During the 8 May bank holiday, traffic on the TGVs remained almost normal thanks to the mobilisation of volunteer managers who had previously been trained as train conductors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the weekend, the two unions spoke out in the media against this practice, considering these office workers to be<strong> \"\u00a0<em>strike-breakers<\/em>\"\u00a0<\/strong> while 40% controllers had declared themselves to be on strike on Wednesday, and almost 60% on Friday. The unions also accused management of limiting the number of seats offered this weekend by running single trains requiring only one occasional accompanying volunteer as conductor instead of the traditional four on double trains.
