The <strong>urban air mobility (UAM)<\/strong> mobilises energies - and investments - within the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/united-archer-avions-taxi-manhattan-20250422.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">airlines<\/a> <\/strong>and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/urban-blue-aeroports-nice-vertiports-20211026.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">airports <\/a><\/strong>around the world. And <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/korean-air-airbus-a350-20240402.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Korean Air<\/a><\/strong> is also taking a stand on the issue of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/volocopter-taxis-volants-retour-20250220.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>flying taxis<\/strong><\/a>. The ambitions of the Korean company were unveiled on <strong>April 30th<\/strong> last. They will take shape in <strong>2027 <\/strong>with the construction of a brand new <strong>research and development centre<\/strong> (R&amp;D) dedicated to aviation safety and the <strong>urban air mobility<\/strong> (UAM). According to those in charge of the project, it will then occupy a <strong>surface area of more than 65,800 m\u00b2<\/strong>This is the equivalent of ten football pitches. According to the information unveiled on 30 April, the future Bucheon site will house three major centres: a drone research centre, a flight training centre and a safety experience centre.
