The CGT-CFDT-FSU-Unsa-Solidaires unions are calling on staff to mobilise in opposition to the government's austerity plan. However, the impact of the strike is expected to be limited: SNCF and RATP are forecasting 4 TGV trains out of 5, 2 TER trains out of 3 and 1 train out of 2 on the RER C. Internationally, only the Thalys should be slightly affected.
