In less than two years, in the wake of the iPad, digital tablets have established themselves as essential companions for frequent travellers. The survey published this week by <a href=\"http:\/\/travel.usatoday.com\/hotels\/post\/2011\/10\/ipad-revolution-hotel-wi-fi-fees\/552000\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">USA Today<\/a>According to the survey, no fewer than 48% of business travellers carry a digital tablet in their luggage. There are very few people who are resistant to new technologies, with 84% of the 2756 or so travellers questioned taking at least two mobile devices with them. Laptops are still the preferred choice, with the combination of phone and PC (37%) ahead of phone and tablet (25%), but the combination of the three devices is on the increase.<\/span>
