In its latest Responsible Business 2024 report, the Radisson Group is keen to highlight the progress it has made in terms of sustainability and responsibility. With, for example, more than half of its hotel portfolio certified or 95 hotels using 100 % of renewable electricity, 33 % reduction in carbon emissions<\/strong> per m\u00b2<\/strong> compared to 2019, but also 30 % of women in leadership roles, 57,200 hours of volunteering and 9.4 million Radisson Rewards points donated to charity partners. As part of its global programmes such as the 100 % carbon offset meetings, the group also says it has invested in 115,000 tonnes of voluntary carbon credits since 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committed to a zero-emissions trajectory by 2050, Radisson Hotel Group also welcomed the Net Zero certification by T\u00dcV Rheinland of two of its hotels. This first award, which recognises their exemplary approach to sustainable hotel management, also stands out because these establishments are the result of the conversion of existing buildings rather than new constructions, as is the case with the voco Zeal Exeter Science Park<\/a> opened last year by the IHG group. \" The transition is certainly easier with new establishments, but the reality is that 80 % of the buildings that are due to become Net Zero by 2050 have already been built.
