This seat marks a new stage in ANA's premium strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed in collaboration with French manufacturer Safran Seats and British design firm Acumen, \"THE Room FX\" is directly inspired by \"THE Room\" seat, which will be launched in 2019 on the airline's Boeing 777-300ERs. It takes up its spirit - sober, elegant design, sliding door, exceptional comfort. However, it has been adapted to the dimensions of the 787-9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/all-nippon-airways-wi-fi-gratuit-20250805.html\/\" data-id=\"204647\">Free Wi-fi with All Nippon Airways<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-idee-d-un-canape-plus-que-d-un-siege-couchette\">The idea of a sofa, rather than a sleeper seat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\"FX\" means <strong>\"Future Experience<\/strong>A new travel experience based on flexibility, ergonomics and technology. The seat offers several reclining modes, including <strong>a new 'sofa' position in Business Class,<\/strong> <strong>with adjustable leg rests to transform the space into a bed<\/strong>. Each passenger benefits from a large side console for storage, optimised sleeping space and a sliding door for privacy. <strong>An intimacy akin to what it feels like to curl up on a sofa.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, ANA is offering a number of technological improvements, including an entertainment screen 1.4 times larger than current models on the 787-9, USB-C ports, wireless charging and a Bluetooth connection. The seats are arranged in alternating directions: some in the direction of travel, others in the opposite direction.
