AirHelp has delivered its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/airhelp-retards-annulations-palmares-20240807.html\/\">verdict<\/a>A ranking based on passenger evaluations (20%), flight punctuality (60%) and the quality of leisure and catering facilities (20%) ....<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/airhelp-classement-aeroports-francais-20250410.html\/\" data-id=\"197339\">Punctuality: the AirHelp ranking of French airports<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-quote\"><blockquote><p>a real tour de force in a global context of unprecedented competitiveness<\/p><cite>Francis Marasco, Head of Data Analysis at AirHelp France<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>On the face of it, the air transport compensation specialist takes a benevolent view of French hubs. The authors of the 2025 ranking even praise the <strong>remarkable\" results<\/strong>\u00a0: \"\u00a0<em>Once again, France has 10 airports in this international ranking, all of which have improved with remarkable scores\". <\/em>In fact, Francis Marasco, Head of Data Analysis at AirHelp France, describes the French performance as a \"real tour de force\". <em>The fact that virtually all French airports have climbed significantly up the international AirHelp Score rankings bears witness to the excellence with which France is defending its standards. It's a real tour de force in a global context of unprecedented competitiveness.<\/em>\u00a0\"<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"650\" height=\"467\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/airhelp-2025-france.jpg\" alt=\"AirHelp\" class=\"wp-image-203719\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/airhelp-2025-france.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/airhelp-2025-france-300x216-derived.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Performance of French airports according to AirHelp<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Of course... But this international ranking brings together no fewer than 250 airports - 11 more than last year - and making up the numbers will not satisfy all the players concerned. But that's more or less how French airports sum up in the AirHelp 2025 rankings. With 101<sup>e<\/sup> place, <strong>Toulouse<\/strong> retains its French leadership. Blagnac outstrips <strong>Lyon Saint-Exup\u00e9ry<\/strong> (102<sup>e)<\/sup> and <strong>EuroAirport<\/strong> (108<sup>e<\/sup>). <strong>Orly<\/strong> is named the capital's best airport (117<sup>e<\/sup>), <strong>Paris-CDG<\/strong> being relayed to 184<sup>e<\/sup> place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>France's performances, which can be described as 'average', are ultimately a reflection of the European continent as a whole. Only two representatives feature in the top 20: <strong>Bergen<\/strong>-Flesland (Norway), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/bilbao-destination-mice-europe-20250630.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Bilbao<\/strong> <\/a>(Spain). European airports are paying for their lack of punctuality, according to the authors of the study. American hubs are also lagging behind, with just one airport ranked.
