After Paris CDG, Marne La Vall\u00e9e and the door of<\/a> Versailles<\/a>Eklo will be continuing its expansion in Paris by setting up in a location that is ideally suited to its concept: a district undergoing major change. With its hybrid offer<\/strong> Combining classic rooms at low prices with youth hostel-style dormitories, the chain has already set up in the Bastide Niel eco-district in Bordeaux and the Cartoucherie eco-district in Toulouse. In Paris, it will be at Porte de Saint-Ouen, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.e<\/sup> arrondissement, as part of a property project that won the first \"Inventons la M\u00e9tropole du Grand Paris\" competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed by BNP Paribas Immobilier Promotion and designed by Hardel Le Bihan Architectes, the 17&CO programme <\/strong>In addition to the Eklo hotel, which is due to open in 2027, the development will include another 110-room hotel, 8,000 sq. metres of office space, including an incubator, a karaoke building and retail outlets, as well as a 500-space public car park, an electric service station and a mobility hub. All of which will make this transfer point between the Boulevard des Mar\u00e9chaux and the entrance to the capital a destination in its own right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
