Finding a parking space could not be easier for the Galia Group. Not for its employees, but for its hotels. After recently transforming a car park and an office building into a five-star hotel - The Foundation<\/a> - in the XVIIe<\/sup> Paris arrondissement, this family property group is applying the same recipe in Pantin. A royal road in garages that led it to convert a former car park dating from the 1950s<\/strong> in a four-star establishment entrusted to the contemporary Tribe brand. This is Galia's second partnership with this Accor Group brand, following the opening of Tribe Paris Clichy in June 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed by Vincent Parreira of AAVP Architecture, the project has retained part of the original car park and elements of the old structure, reintegrated into a programme with sustainable ambitions, with Green Key certification expected for the hotel. Located a stone's throw from the Canal de l'Ourcq<\/strong> and the town hall, the Tribe Paris Pantin now boasts sober architecture with an industrial feel, set around a 335 m\u00b2 landscaped garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
