After Brittany and the Liziec estate near Vannes, opened at the end of last year<\/a>The MGallery Collection of hotels is heading further south along the Atlantic coast this summer, to the Basque Country<\/strong>. The Accor group's intimate luxury brand has just set up in Biarritz, just a stone's throw from the ocean and the famous Basque coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result of the takeover of a former Radisson Blu, which became the property of the Annie Famose group and Extendam in 2023, the hotel has been completely renovated to become the Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz - MGallery Collection. The new d\u00e9cor, designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel, reflects the spirit and colours of the region, but is symbolised above all by the following features a high-flying rooftop<\/strong>. With a view stretching out over the ocean, it also boasts a restaurant, La Petite Plage, with a menu designed by three-starred chef \u00c9ric Fr\u00e9chon, combining local and French flavours with Mediterranean touches. As for the bar's signature cocktail, it also plays on exchanges, combining rum infused with Espelette chilli, spiked with a few drops of Patxaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in Biarritz city centre, just a few minutes' walk from the congress centre, the Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz - MGallery Collection is not just a place to relax, but also a place to unwind with its rooftop swimming pool and Cinq Mondes spa. Equipped with 149 keys<\/strong>With a total of 4,000 rooms, including 8 suites and 20 family rooms, this top-of-the-range establishment is also ideal for seminars and incentive breaks by the sea.
