Not the metamorphosis of a historic site, as in Lille recently with the former headquarters of the Scalbert-Dupont bank<\/a>The Oc\u00e9ania group is setting up in Lyon with the conversion of the former Median hotel in the 8th arrondissement. Bought by the Breton group in 2022, at the same time as another Median in Paris, which was also in the process of being converted, the hotel underwent a year's work to become the embodiment of the new design concept<\/strong> of the three-star Oceania brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new positioning, which will be extended to Oceania's future mid-range hotels, features a contemporary d\u00e9cor and a specific theme for each establishment. A storytelling approach was quickly adopted for the 3* Oceania Lyon, with its interior garden <\/strong>which guided a theme centred on nature, reinforced by a strong eco-responsible dimension with the use of bio-sourced materials or, in the lobby, tables designed using beer dregs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
