The US Department of Justice (DOJ), which had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/fusion-amex-gbt-cwt-blocage-20250113.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blocked the buyback<\/a> for infringing competition principles, changed its mind on Tuesday.
