The dashboard must consolidate all the data relating to meetings and events. The tool also \"instantly\" quantifies the <strong>savings opportunities<\/strong> to explore, by visualising spending at supplier and event level in relation to budgets. Armed with this data, companies can approach supplier negotiations from a more favourable position, and more generally manage their MICE expenditure with greater precision than ever before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-quote\"><blockquote><p>One thing is clear: when budgets are blurred, organisers need to be extra vigilant.
