Delta Air Lines<\/strong> and United Airlines<\/strong><\/a> are both facing class actions in federal courts. The reason for the lawsuit, which would appear to be a joke? Misleading passengers in order to have paid<\/strong> most expensive window seat<\/strong>. But in reality, they are not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal proceedings<\/strong>filed on 19 August by the law firm Greenbaum Olbrantz LLP, allege that the two carriers charged passengers additional fees for these seats. Or, if they are indeed located next to a porthole, they are in fact facing a wall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the documents, passengers would not have agreed to pay extra if they had known that their seats had no real windows<\/strong>. The lawyers believe that each airline has \". sold probably more than a million<\/strong><\/em> \"It's one of those seats with a window...but no window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
