The Reunionese company Air Austral<\/a> <\/strong>continues its commitment to offering its passengers an ever more refined and authentic travel experience. With its exceptional gastronomy, prestigious wine selection and revamped comfort, the airline is unveiling its new Club Austral and Comfort Class services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevene Marimoutou's culinary signature for the Austral Club Class<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Revealed last year as Air Austral Signature Chef, Kevene Marimoutou<\/strong> now signs all the dishes offered since 1 January.er<\/sup> September. Until now, the Chef has only been responsible for one of the four dishes offered on board. Kevene Marimoutou's blend of fine cuisine and local flavours brings out the best in R\u00e9union's produce and takes passengers' taste buds on a voyage of discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n

These exclusive creations will be available on flights from La R\u00e9union to Paris and Bangkok. There are now 10 new dishes featuring the flavours of La R\u00e9union<\/strong>Kevene Marimoutou is offering a range of new products in addition to the 4 already on offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examples include a vanilla chicken carryover, corn rice and Chinese cabbage br\u00e8des; a swordfish steak with spicy ginger ketchup and lemon gel, Darphin potatoes and fricasseed bok choy br\u00e8des; or a duck breast marinated in galab\u00e9 syrup, mushroom polenta and sweet and sour chilli peppers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the ground, passengers with access to the passengers in the Air Austral lounge at Saint-Denis de la R\u00e9union airport will be able to enjoy Signature<\/strong>. The Chef will be concocting a total of 7 dishes, each of which will be presented over the months. For example, fish rillettes with ginger and mango; a cold almond soup with coconut milk, lemongrass and tamarind; or a cream of cauliflower with tandoori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New wines and new comfort kits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To accompany this menu renewal, Air Austral <\/strong>has once again called on head sommelier, Fabrice Sommier<\/strong>a leading figure in the world of wine. Passengers in the Austral Club Class will be able to enjoy a selection of new vintages in harmony with Kevene Marimoutou's dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the company offers new comfort kits with a refined design. They will be available by October in Comfort Class and Club Austral.<\/strong>. Available in four colours depending on the month, these elegant kits include ear plugs, a night mask, a bamboo toothbrush, a pair of socks and a refreshing wipe.
