This is the opposite of what exists within the European Union. <strong>As operators are exploiting us with prohibitive tariffs<\/strong>Many business travellers only use wifi networks when they are available. We know that more than<strong> 70% of travellers stay in air mode abroad<\/strong>. This can be a real headache when you're faced with a problem: a late flight, for example, or arriving very late at a destination without a wifi network available. So there's a real need. So we gave a lot of thought to how we could offer a service that was both economical and easy for users to access, and that they could use as soon as they got off the plane. And we found the solution...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelle-est-elle-nbsp\">What is it?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eduardo Ronzano -<\/strong> <strong>So we decided on a B2B2C solution<\/strong>. In other words, we team up with a player in the tourism industry, such as an airline or any other service provider. It is this partner who will propose our offer.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/air-france-kolet-offres-internet-20241203.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Kolet<\/a>. This enables us to reach an enormous potential number of travellers. For our partner, it's an added value proposition for them and their customers. For business travellers, it's an extremely practical solution that saves them an enormous amount of time. They don't have to search for the e-sim card or even the operator they need to connect. It's the hotel or airline that offers them a Kolet connection. With every purchase via our partner, we also offer 1GB free connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vos-partenaires-y-trouvent-ils-leur-compte\">Are your partners happy with it?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eduardo Ronzano -<\/strong> Absolutely. It's a real added value service that we're offering. <strong>We are already working with around ten airlines<\/strong> such as <strong>Air France-KLM<\/strong>. We have also just signed new partnerships with Vietnam Airlines, Corendon Airlines and KrisFlyer, SIA's frequent flyer programme. In fact, <strong>we are involved in loyalty programmes<\/strong>. For example, a businessman could use his miles to buy a package and receive miles when he buys a Kolet service. No other e-sim operator does this. We are continuing to look for new partners. Major hotel groups, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quels-autres-types-d-avantages-offrez-vous-nbsp\">What other benefits do you offer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eduardo Ronzano -<\/strong> <strong>We offer a single e-sim application<\/strong> valid in 190 countries worldwide. With the huge advantage that customers only have to register once. Then they can use their e-sim according to the package they have chosen. Unused data can in fact be used during a new stay. If there is a connection problem when moving to another country, <strong>a team available 24 hours a day<\/strong>. These are not chatbots, but real people who will respond and manage the solutions. In fact, more than 96% of our users are satisfied with our assistance. As for the e-sim credits purchased on Kolet, <strong>they can be transferred to a third party for joint use<\/strong>.
