IHG Hotels & Resorts is setting out its ambitions for voco in Southern Europe. The hotel group has just announced the signing of nine contracts for future openings, bringing its European network to 35 hotels in operation and 22 under development. \" We are delighted to see voco continue its impressive growth<\/em> \"said Eric Viale, Managing Director Southern Europe, CIS and Georgia at IHG Hotels & Resorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launched just seven years ago, voco has established itself as the most dynamic brand in IHG's premium segment, recently passing the symbolic milestone of 100 hotels opened worldwide, with almost as many under development. This growth has been accelerated by the brand's model, which focuses primarily on the conversion of existing establishments, enabling owners to join the IHG ecosystem quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Present in Paris, near Montparnasse station and at Porte de Clichy, as well as in Strasbourg and Beaune, the voco chain will be setting up in Nantes by the end of 2028. In partnership with the local Anolisa group, this new establishment will offer 127 rooms, a restaurant and a bar, all in the Euronantes district, close to the train station and the Cit\u00e9 des Congr\u00e8s. Last year, IHG also unveiled another project not far from there, in Angers, with a hotel expected in 2027 as part of the conversion of the former post office building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
