With these aircraft, we are studying the possibility of opening up more than thirty destinations on the South American continent.<\/em>\" adds Davide Ioppolo.<\/p>\r\n

Global hub in Sao Paulo<\/h3>\r\n

The company is expanding rapidly. From its three main bases in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Santiago de Chile and Lima<\/strong>LATAM offers flights to 160 destinations<\/strong>. From Europe, LATAM offers flights to Sao Paulo, its intercontinental hub, from Paris CDG, Barcelona, Lisbon, London Heathrow, Madrid, Milan and Rome. \"\u00a0Sao Paulo offers simplified connections to the whole continent, with a single stop.<\/strong>. However, Madrid is also linked to Lima and Santiago, while Lisbon has a weekly seasonal service to Fortaleza in Brazil. There are also plans for new routes in Europe, such as London-Lima and Madrid-Bogota.<\/em>\" says Davide Ioppolo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One of the most significant developments for the business market is the improvement of Premium products<\/strong>. The company has just begun equipping its business class with new seat-beds insulated by sliding doors<\/strong>. This reconfiguration began this spring. By mid-2026, 24 Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft will benefit from Premium Business suites<\/strong>. The investment of more than 300 million euros guarantees passengers greater intimacy, with a cocooning sensation. \"\u00a0We are now working on the installation of a long-haul Premium Economy class for 2027.<\/strong>. We will be the first airline in South America to offer such a product. And there's more to come, as in 2026 we will be installing wifi on all our long-haul aircraft.<\/em> \"explains LATAM's General Manager for France.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\n
