The reopening early next year of the Delano Miami Beach symbolises a new dynamic for the luxury and lifestyle brand, which will become part of the Accor group as part of the takeover of the American group SBE at the end of 2020. A flagship destination on South Beach since its opening in 1947, revisited in the 90s by Philippe Starck under the impetus of Ian Schrager, the Delano will regain its position as one of Miami's key hotels while retaining its original Art Deco influences. Renovated, with a new contemporary elegance, the Miami Beach will offer 171 rooms and suites, as well as four restaurant and bar concepts, including a reconstruction of what made the reputation of the place, its famous Rose Bar, a meeting point for the Hollywood gotha and Miami high society.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The return to business of this original establishment is part of a new phase of development for a brand which, until now, has only had variations in Dubai in 2024 and in Paris the previous year, with the boutique hotel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/delano-accor-lifestyle-paris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Delano House<\/a> close to the Place de la Concorde. Owner of the Miami hotel, real estate investor Cain has teamed up with Ennismore, Accor's lifestyle subsidiary, to spread this great name in hotels elsewhere, notably by taking a minority stake in Delano in 2024.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\">\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/delano-dubai-chic-lifestyle\/\" data-id=\"170965\">Read also: Delano, a new Ennismore brand expected in Dubai<\/a><\/p>\r\n<\/aside>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To this end, in partnership with Cain, the brand will be setting up in New York next year through the conversion of an existing hotel in Spring Street, on Hudson Square: The Dominick. Once past the entrance hall, guests will find a succession of spaces, with a lounge centred around a fireplace, then a library, before a shopping area featuring hand-picked brands. As for the rooms and suites, there will be 67 of them, playing on the brand's signature minimalism.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Like any self-respecting lifestyle hotel, the Delano London will feature an attractive restaurant, managed by Ennismore's F&amp;B platform, and, in a nod to the brand's origins, a Rose Bar, reincarnated in London in the spirit of a speakeasy, in the basement. In addition to a cocktail menu, it will offer 290 m\u00b2 of lounges, meeting rooms and private dining rooms, as well as areas reserved for live music, which can be modulated into party spaces.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\" <em>Few hotel brands enjoy such cultural resonance, which is why we are determined to protect this heritage, while evolving it to appeal to a new generation of increasingly demanding travellers. <\/em>\"said Sharan Pasricha, founder and co-CEO of Ennismore. For his part, Gaurav Bhushan, Ennismore's other co-CEO, points out that, with these developments, \" <em>Delano is entering a particularly exciting phase of international growth, which will see the continued development of this legendary brand, the very embodiment of luxury and lifestyle. <\/em>\"New York and London next year, followed by Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakech and Costa Rica: several openings are in the pipeline, while other projects are being negotiated in key markets.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-highlight-box\">\r\n<h3 id=\"h-the-hoxton-bientot-a-dublin-25hours-deja-a-sydney\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Hoxton soon in Dublin, 25Hours already in Sydney<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The Delano luxury and lifestyle brand is not Ennismore's only development weapon. Among its other recently announced projects, The Hoxton is due to open in Krakow in 2027, revisiting a former imperial and royal tobacco factory as a 115-room luxury hotel. For its debut in Ireland, The Hoxton has set about transforming one of the city's historic hotels, the Central Hotel, recognisable by its Victorian fa\u00e7ade. In addition to 129 rooms, the hotel will feature a Peruvian-style restaurant, an American-style deli, a wine bar and the revival of Dublin's popular Library Bar. Located in the Creative Quarter, near George Street, 'The Hox' will also feature a nightclub, a first for the brand.<\/p>\r\n<p>Further afield, another lifestyle brand from Ennismore and Accor, 25Hours, has set foot down under in Sydney. Not in a former hotel like the Hoxton Dublin, but in a former cinema, the West Olympia Theatre, blending the old with the contemporary to create a 161-room lifestyle
