But there is a lot of competition and the revenue per passenger remains relatively low.<\/em>\" .<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, LOT has confirmed its imminent arrival in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This will be its second destination after Astana, the capital. This will be its second destination after the capital Astana. The carrier will be putting a relatively small aircraft into service from 31 May 2026. It will be a single-aisle Boeing 737MAX 8 with 18 seats in business class and 168 seats in economy class. The route, with a total flight time of 6.5 hours, will be served from Warsaw four times a week.<\/p>\n<div class=\"flex\">Other intercontinental destinations that LOT is keeping a close eye on include Osaka-Kansai and Washington.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Finally, Yann Saint-Sorny points out that, faced with a degree of saturation at Warsaw airport, the company has decided to strengthen its services from Krakow. In Europe, LOT already serves Paris Orly - an excellent market opportunity, according to LOT's Director for France - Istanbul and Warsaw. From the end of March, the carrier will inaugurate flights to Rome (5 flights\/week), Barcelona (4 flights\/week) and Madrid (6 flights\/week).
