To kick off the video presentation of its forthcoming openings, Paris takes pride of place with, to begin with, the future Banke Opera Paris hotel, part of the Radisson Collection, whose renovation is due for completion in 2026. The result of the takeover of this hotel established in the former headquarters of a bank dating back to the 1910s, this first establishment of the luxury brand will shortly precede a second address <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/radisson-collection-paris-rivoli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in the heart of the capital<\/a>, the Maison Rivoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the group's expansion in France doesn't stop there. \" <em>France is a key market for us. This year alone, we have signed key projects with a Radisson resort in Cannes, the Radisson Blu at Paris CDG and a Radisson Individuals in Bourges, the future capital of European culture in 2028.<\/em> \"said Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Development at Radisson Hotel Group. But it is above all the Radisson RED brand that is carrying the group's contemporary ambitions around the world, with openings in India, the UAE and Thailand, as well as in Romania and Norway, in the centre of Oslo, with<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/radisson-hotels-net-zero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> a Net Zero Verified hotel, embodying the Group's CSR strategy<\/a>. What's more, the Radisson Blu brand will have a front row seat at the Etihad Stadium with<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/trendy-hotel-stadiums\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Medlock hotel<\/a>, which next year will offer more than 400 rooms as part of the extension to the north stand of Manchester City's home ground. With openings in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/radisson-blu-debuts-montpellier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Montpellier<\/a>, Riadh and Vienna, Radisson Blu has consolidated its position as Europe's leading premium upscale brand, in addition to signings and openings in Germany, Turkey and Montenegro. But its expansion also extends to Asia, with new Radisson Blu hotels in Shanghai and on the shores of Halong Bay in Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This growth in both regions. Its 'light' Radisson Individuals brand, which now has over 100 hotels in operation and under development since its launch in 2020, has expanded its footprint in France, Portugal and Germany this year, in addition to new signings in the UK, Poland, Spain and Greece, as well as in India and the Philippines. Meanwhile, the group's other upscale brand, Radisson, has entered new markets such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, Armenia and Saudi Arabia, while continuing to grow in Asia-Pacific with 13 new properties in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/radisson-ambitious-expansion-in-africa\/\" data-id=\"200055\">Read also: Radisson: still ambitious expansion in Africa<\/a><\/p><\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>With more than 130 hotels in operation and some 70 more to come, the Indian market is at the heart of the group's dynamic development in Asia-Pacific, with 59 hotels signed up in the last 18 months and expansion announced in 47 new cities. But China, the stronghold of the Jinjiang group, the owner of Radisson, and all its major cities are also, and naturally, one of the spearheads of the group's growth. Since the start of the year, 130 hotels have been opened or signed, taking the pipeline to nearly 300 establishments.
