{"id":210925,"date":"2025-11-07T10:54:48","date_gmt":"2025-11-07T09:54:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/?p=210925"},"modified":"2025-11-26T11:32:09","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T10:32:09","slug":"tesmo-business-mobility-sncf-connect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/tesmo-business-mobility-sncf-connect","title":{"rendered":"Tesmo Business Mobility: the SNCF tackles travel management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Launched last April by SNCF Connect &amp; Tech, Tesmo, a brand dedicated to digital mobility solutions, has taken its first concrete step with the creation of Tesmo Business Mobility, a platform designed for companies to manage all their employees' travel-related expenses, from daily home-to-work journeys to business trips.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\">\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/sncf-tesmo-services-numeriques\/\" data-id=\"197583\">SNCF launches Tesmo to sell digital services to regions and businesses<\/a><\/p>\r\n<\/aside>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The advantage for both companies and employees is that they are able to take account of \"\u00a0<em>all the mobility measures taken by companies as part of their transport policies<\/em> \"The SNCF points out in its presentation. And it goes on to mention public transport season tickets, the Forfait Mobilit\u00e9s Durables (FMD), mobility credit, the transport bonus, etc. A special feature is that the tool, like SNCF Connect for that matter, does not offer the parent company's competitors in its range of travel services in France. This positioning could prove difficult to maintain in the long term, as more and more business travellers are boarding Trenitalia and Renfe high-speed trains. However, business customers may be able to get round this if they have or sign agreements with Trainline or Kombo, which distribute all the European rail companies and whose inventories can then be integrated into the Tesmo Business Mobility offer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"h-une-carte-de-paiement-associee-avec-swan\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">A payment card associated with Swan<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Another advantage for companies is that the tool can be customised to suit their mobility and business travel policies. Tesmo Business Mobility would therefore provide \"\u00a0<em>autonomy, flexibility, time savings, cost optimisation...\u00a0<\/em>\"According to Julia Mason, Director of Strategy and Transformation at SNCF Connect &amp; Tech. The processing of expense claims has been simplified by centralising receipts and providing a better interface for reporting and analysis.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The platform makes it easy to manage business travel, with a quick overview of eligible assistance and, above all, no need to pay in advance or make expense claims after the event. And to pay for all the expenses associated with business travel (accommodation, taxis, meals, etc.), Tesmo Business Mobility offers a bank card - physical or dematerialised - with its partner Swan, an approved financial institution specialising in white-label cards and payments. A payment card that SNCF Connect &amp; Tech chose to test and adopt internally for its 1,300 employees before Tesmo Business Mobility launched this offer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>With Tesmo Business Mobility, SNCF Connect &amp; Tech seems to be targeting SMEs, VSEs and companies that have not yet invested in a technological tool for centralising and managing business travel and expenses. This is unlikely to be the case with companies that have long been looking for simplicity and productivity in this area. It is not certain that the players in this market, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/ia-booking-agent-sap-concur\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SAP Concur<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/navan-goes-public\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Navan <\/a>and others <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/expensya-adds-payment-cards-to-its-offering\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Expensya <\/a>appreciate the initiative of the SNCF's techno subsidiary, which seems to be well away from its core business here.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With Tesmo Business Mobility, SNCF Connect &amp;
