This is an area where centralisation and consolidation are complicated by the myriad of suppliers potentially involved in an event, in addition to the unforeseen expenses incurred by employees, including taxis, hotel extras and restaurants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Payment specialists on the one hand, and event booking platforms on the other: these players are working hard to eradicate this irritant. Some, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/kactus-airplus-expenditure-mice\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kactus<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/mice-experiential-future-rejolt\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Rejolt<\/a>or, in this case, Naboo, by simplifying the organisation of events and providing visibility on this expense item through reporting, others such as<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/airplus-troussicot-interview-seb\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> AirPlus<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/american-express-bernet-travel-study\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American Express<\/a> by providing them with their log-in and virtual cards to facilitate payments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To take things a step further, Naboo is now launching its own payment card, enabling companies to pay any service provider, anywhere in the world, without having to pay in advance. What's more, it's Naboo that advances the funds and guarantees payment, before re-invoicing the company on a consolidated basis. \" <em>We developed the Naboo card to meet the requirements of our key account customers (Thales, Veolia, AXA, Siemens) who needed a simple, secure system for paying for their event expenses. It's a further step in our ambition to take the friction out of corporate events, thanks to technology, everywhere in the world.<\/em> \"said Maxime Eduardo, CEO and co-founder of Naboo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<aside class=\"wp-block-varenne-link-block\">\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voyages-d-affaires.com\/en\/naboo-ambitions-green-seminars\/\" data-id=\"177465\">Read also: Naboo sets its sights on the green seminar market<\/a><\/p>\r\n<\/aside>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The company uses a Visa-issued card through a payment service provider. In practice, when a customer books an event via Naboo, a request is automatically triggered in the customer's purchasing system, the SAP system for example, with which Naboo is 100 % integrated. This is followed by a validation process before the final issue of a purchase order. The purchase order will instantly create a single-use virtual card for the total amount of the event, so there's no risk of overspending.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Organisers will receive it on their phone via SMS, email or in the Naboo application, and will be able to use Apple Pay or Google Pay to pay directly for the various services. \" <em>From restaurants and caterers to taxis and museums, as well as hostesses, DJs and goodies<\/em>says Maxime Eduardo.<em> All those payments that cannot be made by bank transfer and for which the card is extremely practical<\/em> \". No more expense claims, no more bank validations, no more dispersed flows: everything is now centralised in the same ecosystem as the booking and connected to the purchasing \/ procurement workflow.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Naboo continues to partner with AirPlus and American Express to accept their solutions, so why take its turn in the world of payment? \" <em>In my opinion, these solutions are much more suited to travel and less to events.<\/em>explains Naboo's CEO. <em>What's more, to benefit from it, our customers also have to be their customers, in addition to having to pay a commission. In this case, we have a fully integrated and automated solution, accessible to everyone, that is both simple and free.<\/em> \". \" <em>Today, unless the customer requires us to go through Amex or AirPlus, we will exclusively push our own payment solution.<\/em> \"says Maxime Eduardo.
