And as such, it remains the focus of the airline's attention. The company has just reopened its Premium Check-In area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This area is reserved for First Class passengers, as well as customers with HON Circle, Senator and Star Alliance Gold status. With this renovation, the Premium space offers an unprecedented level of comfort and efficiency in a refined atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main new feature is that the check-in area opens onto a vast area to allow passengers to change quickly. Cabins and changing rooms offer a degree of privacy for changing clothes or even reorganising baggage before departure. In this way, Lufthansa is responding to a recurring request from premium customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lufthansa teams now welcome customers at individual counters. They offer an even more personalised service, while assisting them in using the exclusive baggage drop-off kiosks, to ensure a smooth and simplified experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A work area featuring elegant high tables equipped with recharging stations. Combined with comfortable seating, they also provide a serene setting for an informal meeting or business appointment before boarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another practical innovation is a separate dedicated access, directly connected to the P31 car park, located in the immediate vicinity of the terminal via zone P31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-parcours-exclusif-sur-mesure\">An exclusive, tailor-made itinerary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Francesco Sciortino<\/span><\/span>Head of the Frankfurt hub and Chief Operating Officer of Lufthansa Airlines: \" <em>Our customers are at the heart of every decision we make. With this new Premium Check-in area, we have created a place that combines comfort, efficiency and personal service at the highest level. This reopening marks a key stage in the collaboration between Lufthansa and Fraport. Together, we are raising the standards of comfort and quality of service, for the greater benefit of passengers at Frankfurt airport. <\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With its modern design, personalised services and practical facilities - a dedicated waiting area, cloakrooms and priority kiosks - Premium Check-in aims to make airport travel a more flexible and enjoyable experience for Lufthansa Group Airlines passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, passengers with premium status and Business Class customers once again have access to the Lufthansa Business Lounge, located near boarding gate A13.
