On that date, Air India - which had packed up during the health crisis - will once again set course for Italy. Four flights a week will be operated between Delhi and Rome's Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino Airport. The flights will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and will be operated by Boeing 787-8 aircraft. With 51 million passengers handled, the Roman hub recorded growth of more than 4 % compared with 2024.
